At ROCKBROS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your cycling journey, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
